柴油發電機的冷卻液溫度不能太低? Generator coolant temperature can’t be too low

在實際使用過程中,有錯誤的認識:柴油發電機的冷卻液溫度越低越好。其實,我們對柴油機冷卻液溫度的使用有明確的要求的。有些操作員喜歡將冷卻液溫度調節得很低。有的接近冷卻液溫度下限,有的低于冷卻液溫度下限。他們認為,如果冷卻液溫度低,水泵就不會出現氣穴,冷卻液就不會中斷,而且在使用中有安全系數。實際上,只要冷卻液溫度不超過95℃,不會出現氣穴,冷卻液也不會中斷。反之,如果冷卻液溫度過低,對柴油機的危害很大。

On the contrary, if the coolant temperature is too low, it will be very harmful to the engine.
